Refillphone is a small online service with a single function. We collect a card payment from a visitor, validate the +973 number entered into the form, and route the chosen BHD amount to that prepaid balance on behalf of the SIM holder. We do not own the mobile network, we do not issue the SIM cards, and we are not a bank or a government body.

The decision to operate as an agent rather than a reseller is intentional. Resellers add their own credit on top of the operator's price; we don't. The amount you pick on the form is the amount that lands on the prepaid balance. The payment processor may apply standard card-network charges on their side, but those are not held by us.

The service is built for adult residents and visitors in Bahrain who need to send mobile credit Bahrain on a one-off basis — for themselves, for a family member, for a colleague who lost their phone. The form is short by design: one mobile number, one amount, one card payment. We do not ask for personal identification, occupation, or a marketing opt-in.
