How do I place a top-up through the site?

Open /recharge.html, type the +973 mobile number you want to credit, pick a BHD preset or set a custom amount, then continue to the payment companion. After a successful card charge, a printable confirmation page is shown.

How long does the credit take to appear on the SIM?

Most successful payments reach the prepaid balance within a few minutes. During bank-side peak settlement, processing can extend up to one business hour. After that, contact support with the Order ID.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Visa and Mastercard issued in any country, provided the issuer allows international BHD-denominated payments. The checkout enforces 16-digit numbers and a strict-future expiry date.

Are there service fees or limits on the top-up amount?

The amount you choose is the amount that lands on the prepaid balance — no agent margin. Single top-up is between 1 and 50 BHD; presets are 1, 2, 5, 10, 15 and 25 BHD. Card-network charges, if any, depend on the issuer.

The payment was taken but the credit didn't appear. What now?

Wait until one business hour after the timestamp on the confirmation page. If the balance still hasn't changed, write to support with the Order ID. We can verify the routing and start a reversal if the credit cannot be settled.

Is it safe to enter card details on the payment companion?

The payment companion runs on pay.refillphone.org over HTTPS. Card details are forwarded to the payment processor and not persisted on our side. We never see the full card number; only the last four digits are shown on the receipt.

Can I get a refund?

If the credit has not yet been settled on the prepaid balance, a reversal to the original card is possible. Once the credit is on the SIM, it cannot be reversed — the balance has already been used by the SIM holder, even if not visible to you. See the refund policy.

How do I reach support?

Email support@refillphone.org for written replies. Phone +973 1762 4818 and WhatsApp +973 3328 6105 are answered Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 to 17:00 Gulf Standard Time.

Do you sell SIM cards or mobile plans?

No. We are a top-up service only. Buy your SIM card from a retail point of sale; we will credit the prepaid balance on it.

Which prepaid SIMs in Bahrain are supported?

Any active prepaid SIM issued in Bahrain with a +973 mobile number. The form is operator-neutral; routing is detected automatically from the number prefix.

Do I need to create an account?

No account is required. We do not store the +973 number outside the Order ID record needed for support and refund handling.

Will I get a printable receipt?

Yes. A confirmation page is shown after a successful charge. Use the browser print dialog to save it as PDF. If you provided an email, a copy of the same information is also sent there.
