Refillphone uses the smallest set of cookies needed to make the form usable. There is no advertising tag, no third-party analytics that tracks you across sites, no behaviour-profiling cookie.

The list

rfb-cookies-ack — local storage, not strictly a cookie. Stores a single flag after you dismiss the cookies notice so the bar doesn't reappear on every page.
rfb-lang — first-party cookie. Stores your chosen language (EN or AR) for one year so the site loads in the right direction on your next visit.
rfb-session — first-party session cookie. Holds the temporary form state between the main site and the payment companion. Expires when you close the browser tab.

What is not stored on your device

Card numbers, CVV, expiry dates — these never touch a cookie on this site.
Your +973 number — kept only in the Order ID record on our side, never in your browser.
Advertising identifiers, fingerprinting tokens, conversion tags.

How to remove the cookies

Use the browser's "clear site data" function for refillphone.org or clear all cookies and local storage from your browser settings. There is no account on this site, so removing cookies does not lose any progress.
