Terms

Terms of service.

1 · Service description

Refillphone provides an online form that collects a payment by Visa or Mastercard and routes the corresponding BHD amount as a top-up to the prepaid balance of a +973 mobile number entered by the user. The service is independent and has no affiliation with any mobile carrier, bank or government body in Bahrain.

2 · Eligible users

You may use the service if you are at least eighteen years old and are entitled to use the card you submit at checkout. You must also have permission to top up the +973 mobile number you enter — either because the SIM is yours, or because the holder has asked you to do it on their behalf.

3 · Amount and currency

All transactions are denominated in Bahraini dinar (BHD). The preset amounts are 1, 2, 5, 10, 15 and 25 BHD; custom amounts must be a whole number between 1 and 50 BHD. The amount shown on the confirmation page is the amount sent to the prepaid balance.

4 · Cancellations and reversals

Reversals are governed by the refund policy. Top-ups already settled on the prepaid balance cannot be reversed.

5 · Use of personal data

Use of personal data is governed by the privacy policy. The only data we collect is what is required to process the top-up and to respond to support requests.

6 · Limitation of liability

Where settlement to the prepaid balance fails for reasons outside our control (mobile-operator outage, network-level rejection, sanctions-related screening on the card-issuer side), our liability is limited to refunding the original card payment in line with the refund policy.

7 · Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when the service changes. Material revisions will be visible on this page; the date of the last revision is implicit in the most recent change to the document.

8 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute is first to be raised by writing to support@refillphone.org.
