How long does a top-up take to appear on the prepaid balance?

Most successful payments are reflected within a few minutes. During bank-side peak settlement, processing can extend up to one business hour.

Which cards are accepted?

Visa and Mastercard issued in any country, as long as the issuer allows international BHD-denominated payments. Other card networks are not supported at the moment.

Is there a service fee on top of the amount?

The amount you choose is the amount sent to the prepaid balance. The payment processor may apply standard card-network charges depending on the issuer.

What if I entered the wrong +973 number?

Contact support within 24 hours with your Order ID. If the credit has not yet been settled on the wrong number, we will reverse the payment to the original card.
